What rubbish you will have plenty to worry about for the next 18 years or so, why get worked up just before they are evn born? Trust your bodies to do what they have been created for. Never you folks know anxiety is far worse for an unborn kid than deli meat or pineapple!!!

In a large saucepan, heat olive oil more than medium-high heat. Add sugar snap peas and cook till tender, about 5 minutes. Add cauliflower rice and cook till moisture evaporates, about 2 minutes. Make a circle in the center of the pan in the middle of cauliflower rice add eggs to the circle and let cook till firm, then scramble. Mix eggs into rice and add soy sauce. Let cook till flavors meld, about 2 minutes. Serve with added soy sauce.

Process: Purchase a sliced entire muscle turkey. Do not take a ‘processed’ 1 which has higher fat levels. You can take fat trimmed beef or turkey. Reduce it into strips. Hold it in sweet or salty liquid (very easily available marinating liquid from the industry) for marinating. Following 5-6 hours, roast it on low heat, till brown. The dish is prepared to serve. This tasty dish is very good for diabetics, too.
